Good quality. Did not have instructions and had to make some modifications to mounting on 2020 Ram bed.

The rack is well built and seems to be of good quality. I did have to modify the rack as I didn't want to drill holes in my bed. Instructions were a little better than the reviews that I had read, but got it assembled in about an hour. Website was helpful and shipping was very fast, less than a week. I'm pleased with my purchase for the price point I spent!

I'm a girl and I put this together myself. The bolts could be labeled better. The unit is sturdy. I'm traveling cross country. This gives me more room in the bed of my truck. I purchased two hoping I could get both my quads in my truck. If I wasn't pulling a trailer I think I could have made it work by raising the second rack higher.

Parts 6 and 7 were sticking out of the package. Part 2 was out of line or warped. I had to use clamps to get things lined up. Instructions would be nice. Running back and forth to the house to read them on line is uncalled for. They are nicely built and other than a big pain to assemble they work nice. I am building adapters so I will not have to drill holes in my truck.

We are very pleased with the customer service we received when having to return ramps that weren’t the right weight strength .

I just purchased one, what other options do I have to hold the ramp in place? I do not want to drill into my truck bed.
