“My ramps arrived beat up from inadequate packing. I reported it as a suggestion for improvement for future customers. I also reported two parts that were not listed in the assembly instructions. After several days I received a response asking me for pictures of the damaged stands and nothing about the parts I asked about. I'm still waiting. it looks like they are pretty well-built, but their customer service response is lacking.”

“Ramps work great - moves equipment to a height that is comfortable to work on. Packaging needs to be improved, ramps were damaged during shipment which the vendor corrected the issue.”
