This product exceeded my expectations. It is very solid and sturdy, relatively easy to assemble using paper instructions and online manual. I wanted it to hold my large generator when I go boon-docking in my truck camper. I think it will hold that and a large gas can and even maybe an extra propane tank. I really appreciate the anti-wobble bracket being included, I thought I would have to buy one. Titan's customer service was great via phone, not so much via email. They kept telling me it had shipped, Fed Ex said they were waiting for the order. One phone call got it straightened out. A good part of this was weather related . Would highly recommend this carrier.

I have not used the lift, infact I don't need it anymore. The reason for buying it has disappeared. So it is still in its box. My husband wants me to send it back for a refund. Is that possible? Let me know.
