“2 of the 3 tow package receivers on my vehicles have safety chain hooks that prohibit the stabilizer plate from being attached. My observations indicate that this is how 2 out of three receivers are made.”

“Just a nightmare. The box was ripped open and the ramp was exposed upon delivery. No directions came in the packaging for set up. Had to call customer service and they emailed me a PDF of directions which were not easy to follow and complicated. I still have been unsuccessful in setting the ramp up and I asked for a return. They won’t allow the return without the original package and I’m not sure how I could return the item in a box that was destroyed upon delivery. Very unfortunate and very upset the packaging situation was not my fault.”

“Ramp is hard to get to stay in the up right position. Pin is very hard to remove even though it had been adjusted less than one week earlier.”
