“Not only was this entirely tooooo small for my bike but the entire process to return and get a refund would only allow me half the return cost. Missing pieces that were required for full assembly. Also most standard trucks have a weight limit and they advertise for standard trucks but it’s actually for trucks with more than standard weight limits. Don’t get screwed like I did. Do your research.. read every word. Mine is basically being used for scrap metal at this point. 1 star titan ramps.. you fail at life.”

“Arrived quick easy to put together very solid.much better than the Hollywood 2 bike carrier for e bikes ,ramp makes it so easy to roll the e bikes right on and off no lifting (lectric experior e bikes 75 lbs each) NO plastic parts to worry about getting brittle left out in the sun .titan carrier is all metal. But is aquard and heavy 2 people to put on and off is very easy.”

“Have a useless dual carrier ramp because you guys haven’t replaced my support bar that has the holes in the wrong spot. I sent pictures and been waiting for a couple weeks and still haven’t heard if you guys are going to send me a new support bar.”

“I am very happy with the ramp. It is everything I was expecting. The ramp is heavy, but if you want structural strength, you are going to have to accept the weight. Two people can easily lift the ramp into the receiver. The tire trays are a little close, but once again, this design helps structurally with the weight. Other racks will accommodate two dirt bikes, but for the price, you can't beat this rack.”

We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. We make sure items are packaged securely as carriers have a policy of not picking up shipments if the packaging is compromised. “This is a well constructed ramp. Very solidly built piece of equipment. Unfortunately for us and our small SUV, it was too heavy and tilted too low where it would drag. I believe if you have a pickup truck with a solid 2” receiver, this product is perfect for your needs.”
