“Carrier works fairly well for Ebikes, but there are only four tie-downs located on the arms. They don't provide good strap locations for two bikes because you have to cross over the other bike to tie each down. Should have had some tie-down loops on the inside of the rails also. Plastic handles that hold the bike racks in place break easy. I received one broken in the packaging. They don't have replacements but adjusted the cost of my carrier to make up for it.”

“I’ve sent this back via the return label you guys gave me. Hoping for the return shortly. This is compatible with two dirt bikes. The center support isn’t long enough for 2 bikes. Tie downs aren’t in the right spot and it’s not stable.”

“As stated by others. They are heavy. Very heavy. They work well, but as for my truck the leveling bracket does not work with my truck. but dose with my RV. Great for the price just wish they were lighter.”

“Very heavy duty, but also just heavy. Need a partner to mount it. Assembly was fairly straightforward but the anchoring device needed modifications to mount flush to the hitch without hitting my bumper. I will likely change the pins on the tie down crossbars to eye bolts make it more secure while also providing an additional anchoring point which would be necessary when carrying two motorcycles.”
