“This carrier was purchased to transport our two e-bikes. We have only used it once but it did the job. It is heavy and really needs two people (at least for us) to place it on the back of our truck. We selected this one due to the ramp and are grateful for the ramp. The ramp is extremely helpful.”

“its a good ramp for the money, I did some modifications to mine. which is ok. for what I spent on it, I could not have fabricated it for what I paid for it. it will work on the back of my bus. I got the 1000 lb one, I will be putting one dirt bike on it. (KLX 300) time will tell, but right now I feel ok with it.”

“Packing was sub par, it was missing hardware (which I fortunately was able to get from my own parts bin) I had to purchase an extension for the hitch, lest my bike rub up against my tailgate, I had to re thread some of the screw holes with the tap kit I had on hand. It arrived several days late. I would only buy from Titan again if I wanted a test in adversity. Good part is that I feel like MacGuyver after getting this to work today.”

“Solid but OMG it's so heavy. As another reviewer mentioned, you will need a good tap & die kit to ream out the painted, rusted, and damaged threads. Even with this I was unable to attach two bolts.”

“Zero stars if possible. There is no way to put 2 of anything on this rack, let alone motorcycles. The draw bar is so short that, when installed into the hitch receiver, puts the 2nd platform practically right next to the rear of the vehicle! We wasted a day trying to decipher the non-existent assembly instructions and then laughed when we saw what a poor design it was. I called customer service and sent some photos and the agent immediately agreed with me, sent me a prepaid return label, and refunded me in full. Can’t imagine what all that shipping cost Titan. Don’t waste you time and money on this one…it’s not at all as described.”
