“Instructions aren't really there. The picture in the box and on the website aren't "installation instructions" they are a diagram and parts lists pic. The safety support bar end doesn't secure to the hitch (I have the very common U-Haul hitch). The screws skive off the hitch. I even ground my hitch flat and still didn't help (turns out the welding is off on the support and I've filed a warranty claim). The hitch wobbles left to right horribly. Tie downs aren't effective and aren't located where they need to be for bikes. Trying to set up the tie downs is virtually impossible without damaging your paint on your bumpers (I have a Yukon XL). Called product support and they couldn't help and suggested I file a claim (in order to get the support to talk with someone). In my opinion not worth the trouble, price or possibility that your ramp could fail and you lose your bike(s) and cause issues on the road.”

“The quality of the product is very good. It does not come with assembly instructions. However, it is not difficult to figure out. Just look at the pictures online and go from there. We are pleased with this purchase.”

“This is a solid and nicely designed carrier. It fit together very well and will do the job. There are cheaper units out there but I would not trust my bikes on them. I did add some magnetic stop and turn signal lights for the people that follow and do not pay attention. Great notification from Titan as to shipment etc.”

“They work very good for me I put two electric bicycles that are 75 pounds each It worked fantastic. Bikes where too heavy to lift on my truck bed so that’s why I got the motorcycle rack .”
