“I telephoned on tuesday and discussed the product, but more about which service provider to use for delivery by COB Friday, as i was leaving brisbane for 8 weeks on saturday. I needed the product for my trip. It was decided that product would be sent by aust post as aust post was reliable. The product was sent by Fastaway, who, as everybody knows, is useless. Fastaway was scheduled for delivery on Thursday, but did not deliver until monday. I was unable to use the tracking number as the information was not completed by Fastaway for tracking. Complaints to Fastaway have not been responded to, and completion of feedback forms have not been responded to. The product is now still sitting in Brisbane while i am in Melbourne. I have made other arrangements to meet my needs, and i now have $50+ worth of product that I now have no use for. It is worthless to me. I consider your service, by sending the product by another courier that has a known bad reputation, to be extremely poor. And anyone that uses Fastaway knows of their uselessness. Id be quite happy for you to collect the product and refund the full amount. The Sale of Goods Act Qld actually dictates that this is the action that you are now required to perform.
