“Received the bracket yesterday and put in the van straight away. Must admit it was better quality than I expected, and does the job well. Although had I known who your carrier was I may have had second thoughts about ordering it. Apart from a hiccup in final delivery all is well”

“Although I love the idea of tightening a knob by hand to make each pivot point stiff for transit. As a retired Engineer I found that the pivots have way too much slop. So as soon as one loosens the knob to swing the TV around it drops down about 10 mm and if you were to loosen all three pivots the whole thing goes sloppy and gives the feeling that it is going to fall. If you don't tighten all of the knobs back up and lock them again the TV sits at quite an angle. It is an easy fix for the manufacturer, just make the joints a tighter tolerance. I'm not sending them back because they are a good idea. I am just going to fit nylon bushes in the two TV wall bracket arms that I bought, then they will be perfect.”
