“First of all, since I purchase online often and skeptically read glowing reviews, I am not a hired writer. This was by far, the most perfect gift for my fiance. He is a "guys guy" and works a lot with his hands, this ring won't break on him (like all the other ones) and he loves it. It's very sleek and classy, while still remaining masculine...I knew I chose right when he compared the hammered finish to the finish on his project mustang.
I also have to rant and rave about the customer service: my boyfriend and I had a relationship "hiccup" on Valentines day and I cancelled my order. Customer service actually emailed me a feel-better email and cancelled my order immediately. A week later when I placed the order again, customer service handled this without a glitch responded well to my jokes about this "fickle love business"...I would absolutely reccomend Titanium Jewelers to anyone and everyone. I was initially nervous about making a jewelry purchase online, without actually seeing it first, but I am so impressed by their professionalism and ecstatic about the product that I will make all my jewelry purchases though them in the future.”
