The only issue (for lack of a better word) was that I did not receive updates and there were no updates on their website. The initial email that my order was submitted said that I would get an email with an "official order confirmation (with full details!) as soon as it is imported into our order processing system on the same or next business day." I never received that email, nor did it update online. I had to call to check on it. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful. I did receive an email letting me know that it had shipped.”
