So sorry this titanium rolo chain didn't work out for you. We used a medium sized end to the chain because that is what most of our customers prefer, it's easier to clasp and unclasp.
This round end can be crimped to a more oval shape, which will allow your pendant to go over it. Just use some flat pliers and squeeze down very slowly so you don't get it too flat.
If you don't wish to do this, of course just ship it back for a refund. You can use U.S. Postal Service Priority. Should cost about $9 I think.
