“I purchased a wedding band from Titanium-Jewelry.com a month before the wedding. I was pleased with the look of the ring on the website, they featured several high quality pictures to help me make my decision. When the ring arrived, it was high quality, comfortable, and I am enjoying it.
The only issue I had was customer service. When I ordered the ring, it had a two day shipping. But after a week, it had not shipped. I had to contact the company (which has limited hours) to find out the ring was out of stock and would not ship for another few weeks. They should have sent an update on the order when they realized the item was out of stock. They did upgrade my shipping to next day shipping.
Overall, I would say this was a positive transaction. If the company would polish their customer service as much as the jewelry, my experience would have been 5 stars (or diamonds).”
