We are sorry you had a bad experience.
But there were some issues beyond our control:
1) Customer ordered wedding bands from Russia. He expected them to ship quickly. And this order was flagged as fraud.
2) We then contacted the card holder's Russian bank several times to verify that he was the one placing the order. Unfortunately, the Russian bank was not willing to help verify.
3) We then requested documents from customer to prove he was the card holder. He complied, but was not happy about that. He then stated that his wedding was coming up soon.
4) When we finally got the order past fraud prevention the manufacturer did not have the ring in stock in his finger size, which caused a delay.
Tried our best, but unfortunately the order was flagged for possible fraud and the bank and manufacturer slowed down the order processing.
