“So this dress is very cheap material and not comfortable to wear. Cheap Chinese dress, the tags say “luxxel” and not Tobi. This was a bait and switch. The hemline isn't even finished, threads sticking out from the back, the material feels like recycled paper. No one would feel comfortable in the material. I would pay $5.00 and not what I paid. I don’t recommend, tobi is a SHEIN and not what they portray. THhe style had such potential if they didn't use cheap/crap material. I'm offered credit for a return, but why go through all this again. Never again will I shop at TOBI or recommend. Also, came with a hole, unfinished seam, different brand tag, the material on first 2 layers keeps catching.”
