“the back lacing up had a rung hole missing, so only half of the dress could be tied up. Simple at home fix but shame there’s to exchanges because i love the dress!”

“One of the straps that should be sewn into the back was broken on receipt. Emailed customer service. They said I would have to pay to ship it to return and only be given store credit. This was for family pictures- I don't need a different dress. I need this color and I am not comfortable ordering the same dress in fear the super thin straps will break while I am wearing it in public.”
