I ordered this dress in two different sizes; I never received either dress. So I reordered, thinking it was some sort of a fluke ….
I STILL NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THE DRESSES!
I wrote a few emails asking about the issues, I have only received ONE response - two days before the event - asking me for another address to resend the dress. I responded to their email right away and have still not heard back nor have we seen any of the dresses.
I have since asked for a FULL REFUND for all three dresses I have already paid for; I have received ZERO RESPONSE from them.
I even sent them an email asking if they would like me to write this review before I received my full refund - or wait until I receive my full refund. I have STILL NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just for some context here: The customer provided an incomplete shipping address and so the carrier was unable to deliver the package.
The customer reached out this past Saturday, and we responded Sunday. She responded monday and we responded on tuesday. We offered to reship the package but since its too late, we refunded the second order back to her card as a courtesy.
An incomplete shipping address is not something we provide refunds for, although we are happy to reship free of charge.
