“Disappointing. I bought a 3XL and it fits me fine but it doesn't compress my chest as well as my old chest binder. It feels more like a sports bra than a binder.”
“I've seen a lot of reviews talking about how this is a good option for bigger bodies or larger chests, and I just want to ask how? For reference, I'm 5'10 220lbs and usually a 2x in GC2B and Underworks binders. Ive had my compression top for about a year and got it to serve as an "around the house" or gym binder. I wasn't expecting this to be as flattening as a binder. But it also just does not serve well as a casual, more comfortable compression option. It doesn't flatten me hardly at all and if I try to run in it I still bounce around everywhere. The silhouette this gives me is not that of a fat man with some man boobs either, the band hits right at my ribs and gives me this weirdly defined hourglass shape. The band is the worst part. It's too tight, but if I were to size up I would get no compression at all. I can't wear this thing for more than an hour or so before the band rolling up, folding over, and cutting off circulation under my chest gets to be too much. I don't understand how anybody with any sort of a belly could wear this without it driving them crazy. I'm constantly pulling it down and fighting with it.
I really don't want to rag on this so hard. I think this would work fine for smaller bodied folks or those who don't mind still having a visible chest. Again, I've heard from larger folks that they prefer this, but I just dont understand. I personally can't wear this under a t shirt without looking like a man in a bra and I'm physically uncomfortable the whole time.”
“I got this one and one other one and both in XL and as someone who hasn't been able to start their non binary journey till now these tops make me feel so much better.
It's breathable flexible easy to adjust as needed and just feels wonderful and worked so well.”
“I love this compression tops! Been having this top for almost a year and it just starting to stretch out a bit. Still dose the job but halfway through the day is when I start feeling it get lose.”
“I love this compression top, it just runs big. I wear a 36C, so I ordered a size large. It was good for the first few wears, but then it got a little roomy. I wouldn't say the top compresses my chest, but it smooths it out and I like the way it looks with a shirt on. I've also never felt restricted in movement or breathing. It sits really flush so you can't see it even when I wear fitted t shirts. I'm unsure if it's built to be reversible, but the back side of it scoops a little lower, so I wear it backwards for lower cut shirts, and it looks great that way too! On my femme days, I've even worn it as a cropped tank top a few times. I recently ordered a size medium in the racerback style, and it's a little more snug but still unrestrictive. I would not consider this a binder, but it's a great stepping stone towards binding, or an option for people who don't like the way their chest sticks out in a wire+cup bra or sports bras.”
“Okay, was very skeptical when buying because I’ve been let down by similar products HOWEVER I am so unbelievably satisfied! The main concerns I had with binders, compression bras, and other sports bras are taken care of with this top. Granted I don’t get as flat as an appearance but I was well aware of that when buying and I was mainly just hoping for comfort. It’s very important to me that I have a comfortable top that I can move and work in since I’m moving around a lot at work so I’m really happy with how comfortable and breathable this is as well as the fact that it doesn’t roll up, dig into my arm pits, or hurt my shoulders or leave serious indents around the straps. I also didn’t sweat as much as I would with any other product (and I really put this top through a lot on my first day and it did really well where other products failed me. For context I work as a stocker and was stocking heavy items for abt 8 hrs) would like to also mention that it didn’t hurt my sides, back or chest like I’ve noticed a binder will. It was a little uncomfortable for the first hour I was wearing as I am not used to thinner straps but I adjusted very quickly and am extremely happy with this purchase and will definitely be buying more. If you’re looking for more comfort than compression this is your sign, fantastic if you want some compression while still being able to BREATHE WHILE WORKING”
“I'm a 38D and ordered the large- it was a little tight around the shoulders but fit well otherwise. I don't recommend if flatness is your primary goal; it doesn't do much more than a sports bra.”
