“I ordered the same size I always get and it’s way too tight. I actually hurt my shoulder getting in and out of it. I know it’s compression, but it felt tighter than that. I personally don’t find the material comfortable.”
“This is very comfortable to wear! I was surprised by how nice the fabric feels. Sizing was a worry of mine as I've struggled with finding the correct size binder in the past, but this compression top hit it on the target! I'll likely be getting an additional one in the future.”
“Fits perfectly, and binds my chest without bothering my lung issues. My only complaint is that the band on the bottom is a tad too tight. Apart from that, I would definitely reccomend if you can't wear traditional binders!”
“As an aroace woman who can't afford a double mastectomy, I'm desperately trying to desexualize my body. I wear sports bras for daytime, but I felt disgusted by my body while in nightwear. When I read that TomboyX compression tops could be worn during sleep, I was ecstatic! I'm 5'3" with a short torso, so there's no tight straps, or underarm irritation. Because of my DD-sized breasts, nothing I wear can ever make me entirely flat - however, I now feel a lot more at ease when I wear the compression top as part of my nightwear. Thank you, TomboyX!”
“Not what i was expecting, it doesn't really work as a binder, for me atleast. Seems like a falsely advertised sports bra.
I mean its nice quality, nut not at all what i was thinking it was.”
“Much more breathable and much easier to put on & take off than a classic binder! Fantastic alternative if you're worried about muscle/nerve issues resulting from long term use of binders. It keeps things compressed and held in place nicely, though I do find myself needing to "scoop" everything back into place once in a while if I'm trying to make my chest look like more masculine pecs. Again, it isn't a binder, so I don't expect it to function just like one! It happens to be GREAT for my personal gender euphoria. Doesn't compress my tummy and doesn't dig into the shoulders & armpits, which are a couple strong wins for a sports bra-like item. (For reference, I got a medium and I'm around 155 lbs, mostly squishy & fem build, guessing I'm either a high B or low C cup.) As some other reviews have said, this is a fantastic choice for closeted folks as it easily passes for a sports bra or exercise top. The one and only real downside I can think of is that humid midwestern summers are a struggle in it just like every other compression top and sports bra on the market. Looking forward to trying it out in other colors too!”
