“This compression top has itchy/scratchy material on the inside. It gives me a terrible rash underneath all the straps. The support is good, but I wish it was not made of this material. I've only worn it twice and won't wear it anymore. Waste of money.”
“was very comfortable, but hardly gave any compression, I am a 32a/32b and I could hardly tell the difference between this and a regular lounge bra. not great for dysphoria or if you're wanting to look flat but would be a good sports bra if flatness isn't your goal”
“Immediately, I loved this product. I have always tried to minimize the size of my chest, so it was a huge relief to find something that better accomplished that by a brand which I feel represents someone like me. I decided not to immediately write a review, so that I could see how the products wears over time. I’m glad I waited. Please forgive my lack of gender inclusive language, as I am unsure how to explain what I am experiencing without using certain terms. Here are my thoughts:
Pros
-Cute, comfortable, and made by a great brand.
-Texture of the outside and inner lining feels rather luxurious and well built.
Cons
-The bottom band has started to fold with the natural fold of my waist. It’s not a design flaw per se, as the band does stay in position. I just see this potentially becoming worse with time.
-This product alone does not work well for large but low volume chest (aka, saggy). My chest all pools in the center, creating the dreaded “uniboob”. I noticed this IMMEDIATELY, it was not something that happened over time. This issue can be avoided by wearing a bra under the compression top, but that can be very uncomfortable as it too can cause the bra to dig into the skin. I don’t know that it is a healthy option long term, either.
-Personally, the compression top lost elasticity rather quickly. I’ve had mine for a month and I already do not get the same level of compression that I had when I first wore the product. It’s a bit disappointing when I wear it now, but it is still better than nothing. I do, however, feel like I could achieve a similar affect by wearing a cheap sports bra that is one size too small (not that I recommend that AT ALL).
Overall
This is a great alternative to a binder, and can help to minimize chest size, though I am unsure if it works for those with my body type. I encourage everyone to purchase one of their own and take it for a test drive! Support a great brand and continue to love and share who you are with the world!”
“For reference, I am a C cup; according to the sizing chart, my measurements are slightly below the Large, so I purchased a Medium.
Overall a good top. The material is quite thin and light, so it is very comfortable, but for me it does not prevent bouncing for more intense physical activity. I solved this by adding a sports bra underneath the top. For casual use and walking around, it is easy to get on and off and is not too restrictive.”
