“I had my hopes up for this. If I could give it zero stars I would. Itchy, rubs everywhere and makes a weird noise every time you move. I’d love to be refunded but am unable to ship it back. My first time ordering, will be the last sadly, as I had really high hopes.”
“So, the good first - this definitely is effective at minimizing my chest (not completely flat, but way better than a sports bra). The fabric is lightweight. It doesn’t interfere with my movement or breathing.
On the downside for me, though - I find the texture of the fabric very sort of grainy and plasticky feeling, which is unpleasant for me. Also, the arm holes seem really small, and the seams are less elastic than the fabric itself, so it digs into my shoulder a bit and really digs in under my arm.
Definitely something I’ll keep and use when an outfit calls for it, but not comfortable enough to be my go-to on a regular basis. I’d have probably been a lot happier with it when I was younger and was a lot less comfortable with my body - it would have been really great while I was still in the military. Now that I’m older and I’m more into dressing for physical comfort, it’s just not going to be my favorite bra ever.”
“I have a small chest so wearing a full binder has always seemed excessive and unnecessarily restricting. I wear an XS and I’m an A cup and this top is perfect. I barely notice the difference between my binder and this and this is so much more comfortable. My only complaint is the under-arm area is a little tight, but the discomfort fades the more I got used to it.”
“I haven't been able to bind for the past year because I messed up my ribs. However, I decided to try this compression top and was surprised how flat it made me without causing any pain. It's also very lightweight so it doesn't even feel like a binder”
“I ordered the XS considering my chest size is 28C and that's the smallest size available. When wearing the compression top my chest only goes down to a 28B, my compression mid sports bra from Under Armour in the same size does a better job and brings me down to a 28A. In comparison to an Underworks binder, the material is much more comfortable but once again it won't get you as flat. However it is comfortable and you can hardly notice you're wearing it once you get past the scratchy feeling the inside has. The straps also sit more towards your shoulders so it's less notable under shirts, you can also have the neckline sit lower if you wear it backwards. Maybe the product would've been more effective if in a smaller size. Hopefully the top may shrink after washing.
If you want a flatter silhouette, it's best to wear a full tank binder or a compression sports bra that works for you. If you're looking for comfort with some compression, go for this.”
“love how well it works (I'm A cup), way easier to put on than previously owned binders which is great bc I have chronic back pain and difficulty putting on traditional binders without cramping. Only reason a star is off is because I think I shoud've maybe gone a size higher despite measuring myself.”
