“I decided to give this a try because while I like binding my chest in theory, binding all the time can be uncomfortable and I find that my binder shows under a lot of my shirts. Similarly, some high-impact sports bras I've tried have been uncomfortable. I was hoping that this might be a more comfortable option, and so far I'm very happy with it! I have a 38K chest, so nothing gets me completely flat, but this is almost as effective as an actual binder for me. It's also comfortable and fits the shape of my body better than most binders I've tried.
I am a little concerned about the elasticity holding up well long-term (I'm planning to be careful about how frequently I wear and wash it, and might order a second one so that I can alternate). Also, as someone with a large chest but a 38-inch ribcage, I'm used to having a hard time finding pullover garments that fit both my chest and ribcage. I've never had this issue with the TomboyX Soft Bra, which is why I love it. With this, I decided to go by my chest size when ordering to make sure it wouldn't be overly tight, and the band is a little large on me. However, it's comfortable and the compression is supportive enough that I haven't had any issues so far with it riding up. I don't see either of these things as problems with the quality of the compression top, however, and I've had fewer problems with the fit of this top than I have had with traditional binders. With traditional binders, I often have noticeable dog ears where the material doesn't fit right near my armpits, but this top fits great and doesn't show under my clothes.”

“My everyday bra is either the racerback or a sports bra from Torrid. I have a large chest (44E) so I know being fully flat (or close) isn’t possible. It’s also not really what I want. I just want minimization, and maybe one day I can get a reduction. This bra compressed a bit more than the sports bras I wear, BUT it is SO SO SO much more comfortable. It’s thin and light but still effective. Once I go back to work I plan to order more!”
