“I've replaced all my bras with these. All of them - regular everyday ones, lounge ones, sports ones. This bra is so versatile. I'm a 36C, so it provides enough support for hiking, yoga, weights, and even stupid exercise with jumps. Love the material. It holds up to sweat. It also doesn't give me uniboob, so I wear it to work or out in general. Finally, the cut is great. It sits perfectly with vnecks or buttonups. No weird back or armpit bulges, no chafing.”
“My FAVORITE bra ever! I refuse to wear any others now. So comfortable and still supportive for this 38-40 E/F girl without creating a uniboob!! Thank the universe! Please, please, please make skin colored versions so I/we may wear under light colored shirts.”
“This bra is great if you want things to look (and feel) more subtle and natural. Especially if your breasts are a little more spaced apart, this bra is extremely comfortable. The moisture-wicking fabric is especially nice if your day involves some active time.”
“My favorite bra!! I have all the colors of the Crossover, both the Adaptable Crossover Cutout and the Crossover Cutout, and I wear them a LOT. The best and most comfortable and supportive fit I have found thus far! I gave up on regular bras so long ago that I don't know what my cup size is anymore, but used to wear in the range of a 40I/J/K, and the 3X of this bra is a good snug fit for me. The band is just right, and I rarely bulge out the top or sides! I do wish there was a tiny bit more sideboob coverage for me, but it's far from a dealbreaker. Next time I buy one I might try the 4X and just tighten the band with my sewing machine!
But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this bra in skin tones!! The dark colors show through my light clothes, and the light blue color has bright white piping that also often shows through. Patterns would be fun too! This is such a great bra and fits me the best of all the TomboyX options, I wish it got the treatment the other bra styles get. Anyway, highly recommend for fellow folks with very big/heavy busts!”
“I love the traveler fabric, I bought this because I was going on a trip and I needed a bra that would be easy to wash in the sink and dry quickly, and the fabric is perfect in that regard.
But the fit is a little funky for me (I'm a 34A, size small). The way the front is designed with the darts and whatnot gave me Kim Possible boobs, like really triangular and pointy shaped lol. And the seams of the darts at the front are really visible if you're wearing a shirt that's a thin fabric and/or a light color. None of that bothers me tho and I love the cut of the back of it. I like how full coverage it is, I find that a lot of bras designed for small chests are strappy and teeny tiny, which I personally don't care for.
The bra worked well for my trip, but what I really would love would be something like the essentials soft bra or the racerback made in the traveler fabric, that would be *chef's kiss*”
“Love these bras! Have 4 and I am always sad if I don’t have any clean - they are all I want to wear! I would love love love if it came in “chai,” so I never had to wear any other bra - the black just shows through too much when wearing light colors, unfortunately. These bras are worth taking a little extra care of - I’ve started putting the in a separate mesh bag so they are easy to pull out of the wash and hang. (They kept getting left with the rest of the clothes and run through the dryer and I could see the wear and tear that was starting to take on them - and I want them to last and keep their support for as long as possible!!!)”
“I just got this bra and haven't worn it a lot yet, but so far it's fantastic!!! I'm a 46k-ish (not actually sure because I gave up on "real" bras ages ago and have been wearing only bralettes for years) and the 3x feels just right, snug enough to support, very comfortable, and I'm not popping out the top or the sides for once!! Also I like that it gives a little separation, I anticipate that being nice for summer when it gets kinda swampy in there. I wish the shoulder straps were just a smidge shorter and the band just a smidge tighter, but I will definitely be getting more of these. Please make them in skin tones!! I'd love to get one to wear under light-colored and semi-sheer summer clothes!”
“I’m 40DD or 42D, I got the 2x and it’s a pretty good fit. I think the shoulder straps are pretty wide set, which could be a problem for anyone with narrow shoulders, I have wide shoulders for a girl and these are almost too wide set for me, but they stay put. Also, I wish the cups were a little more roomy as it flattens me some, which isn’t what I’m looking for. I think the size up would be too big around, so I’m going with this one. Maybe this bra could be offered in regular, and a “D cup and up” size. I love the fabric, the bra feels like excellent quality. The straps aren’t too long, which is great because I’ve tried other crossover styles by other companies and have had that problem. Love the crossover style. It’s supportive, separates, doesn’t mush them together like so many sport bras, and allows maximum breathability between. They need to breathe!”
