I’m 5’8” and ~160lb. In wired bras I wear a 32G/DDDD, and in shirts of all varieties I normally wear a M. I bought this bralette in M. Thanks to the ruching, there’s plenty of room for my boobs with no spillover, but the elastic band isn’t QUITE tight enough to keep my boobs from falling/slipping out the bottom. I'm hesitant to try a S just because I don’t think it’s likely to have enough fabric - if it’s enough fabric to cover my honkers, it’s probably way too much for an actual Small-sized person! It’s not a significant issues for me, so I just adjust as needed. :)”
