“I'm a plus size gal, and I wear a 46H in bras so I bought the 3X per the size chart. I bought this knowing that if I wanted support of any kind and no sah, I'd have to wear a bra underneath this one as it does not offer much.
This bra material is very stretchy and the hemline generally stops below my breasts but doesn't feel like it'll rise up over my under bra from lots of movement.
Surprisingly, when I wore this without another bra underneath it did give a generally flattering silhouette. Of course my boobs still sag, but it holds my breasts together, despite creating a uniboob. Another PRO is that the racerback neckline doesn't pull on my neck due to my heavy bust.
That being said, I bought this because I loved the colors and I find that they're pretty exact to the photo online! One thing to note is that due to the stretchy nature of the fabric, across the breasts/bra cups the colorful patterns become opaque (like when fabric is stretched too thin) and lose some of its vibrant color, which is disappointing as someone with larger breasts. I don't think this is an issue with sizing as the bra fits comfortably everywhere else. If I sized up, it'd be too loose.
The Tomboy X logo is stitched across the waistband in white which is a bit counterintuitive considering you can't actually see it unless you look upclose. I don't mind, but per the overall design aesthetic, they could've put it in a different color.
I say all this to say, this is a good vanity bra, would it replace my structured/underwire bras? No.”
“I bought two, The black with rainbow and rainbow one, They are comfortable, not entirely sure about conforming, I am also not 100% sure about sizing but its comfortable so I'm keeping it. I'm a 3x and feel like maybe I could've fit a 2x. One item was dirty but that one I just washed it before wearing, the packaging was very nice. I'd buy again, Its pretty good, it doesn't dig into your skin like others when it gets under you breasts.”
