“I am very disappointed in the product I purchased. The photo of this product on your website made me choose to try it. Unfortunately, the bra is not made with quality material and is ill-fitting. I bought (2) different sizes (L and XL) being that this was the 1st time purchasing from your company. I am usually a "Large" size in a sports bra, but I was unsure, so bought one of each. The (L) was too tight and the (XL) fit snug, but more disappointing were the straps on the (XL). They sat too far apart. They were too close to the outside of my shoulders, giving the feeling of the straps falling off my shoulders.
It was not a secure fit by any means.
If you would please confirm the proper procedure for returning these products, I would appreciate the information.

“The material is very loose even with correct sizing. I thought it would have a bit more compression. Up side is that the material doesn't shrink - I tried.”
