“I decided a couple of years ago that I was tired (and sore!) of squishing my 38DD boobs into underwire cages. I was ready to sacrifice the fake perkiness for comfort. I have been through hundreds of dollars and soooo many bras, trying to find one that gave me some support but that I wasn't ready to rip off by 10am. I finally found the Tomboyx Essentials Bra, and it is my go-to. But, now that summer is here and I wear mostly tank tops, the straps on that bra are too wide. I have discovered that I like the bralette almost as much. It is super comfortable, holds the girls reasonably in place, and disappears under tank tops. It also has enough material that I am not spilling out the top or sides. This is the bra I will be wearing until the weather turns cold again and I return to my beloved Essentials!”
“I'm so glad I bought these. Great quality. The straps don't dig in. I only bought a few basic colors, but I'm excited to buy some other awesome patterns I saw. Being a bra size 44g, I couldn't find a bralette that was able to hold the girls and not hurt them or me in some way. Thank you so much!!! I will be buying more.”
“As a very plus-sided lady, finding undergarments that fit is next to impossible. And if they do miraculously fit, they’re not flattering or cute. And you can just plain forget about finding a bralette that can contain your upstairs bits without cutting into your skin with its myriad of dental-floss-esque straps.
But somehow this bad boy right here checks every box - it fits (and then some), the wide band allows for a flattering fit that doesn’t create extra rolls, it comes in cute prints/colors, and it actually provides support and shaping/definition. I honestly can’t think of higher praise than that - it does what it should and it does it well (for EVERY size).
My two complaints that are so minor I didn’t even take off a star for them are that I wish this bralette came in a few more neutral/basic colors and that the straps would stay tightened to the correct length for longer without slipping. But all else considered, I can live with those things. And I could live in this bra.”
