“The fit and design are great, I wish the cup coverage was a little deeper in the lounge bralettes but with DD rarely do you find comfort and perfect fit together. The the essentials bras are great and I have several of them now. They are soft, wear well, wash well with both hand wash and machine wash. The racer back essentials do have a tendency to ride up in the back putting a lot of material around my neck. I don’t feel like I’m constantly adjusting any of the bras throughout the day which is awesome!
That said it did take nearly 2 full months to receive my order. I don’t know how much is Covid Related and how much was being bombarded with orders before US thanksgiving. It was frustrating to get no follow up emails during that time, and I eventually reached out for an update instead.
Also the website platform needs some work, if I try to see which colors come in a specific size I have to individually click through each color to see if it’s available. This is time consuming, glitchy, and takes some time to load. Most online platforms will put a line or grey out the size or colors that are out of stock so you don’t have to click through.”
