“I used the fitting guidelines and measured myself, and while the briefs I purchased fit well, the soft bras weren't the perfect fit I was hoping for. It was close enough that I didn't decide to try and negotiate for any kind of exchange, but it cuts under my arms in a way that is a bit uncomfortable. The briefs were good, but I would love if they had the extra fabric pocket that typical boxer briefs have to accommodate biological male anatomy. As a non-binary transmasculine person who experiences varying levels of dysphoria, I was hoping for something that may alleviate some of those feelings. I think even just giving the illusion of that piece of fabric on some of the boxer brief options would make your products even more accessible. I also was a bit disappointed that the first time I saw very clearly stated the return/exchange policy for sale/last chance items was on the invoice in small print with my purchase. At that point if I had really been unhappy with my purchases, I wouldn't have any real option for recourse. I think it needs to be mentioned in bold print a couple tines throughout the shopping process that those kinds of items are not returnable or exchangeable. Sometimes shoppers miss small details like that when investigating other elements of the items they want to buy, and that could be hugely disappointing.
