“I loved wearing skirts and dresses as a little girl, but as I got older my "traditional-minded" mother insisted I could only wear skirts with panty-hose, slips, and sitting "like a lady". So, I stopped wearing skirts and dresses and grew to hate them. Hence a 15 year journey of various shorts styles, leggings, pajama pants, riding up, too many layers on parts that need less layers for health, etc. This journey has ended here. “I love dresses, and I love wearing them on hot sunny days, but I hate thigh chafe and I was looking for an alternative to cotton/spandex shorts under dresses. These are an excellent alternative. I was concerned that the boxer briefs would ride up, as they are not tight or gripping like shorts are. But not only do they not ride up, they fit snugly and closely without pinching, binding, or chafing anywhere. The micromodal keeps everything cool and ventilated, and the flat waistband doesn't show under jersey fabrics. I wear a size 14/16 in dresses and have a generous hourglass body shape with my waist 10" smaller than my hips, and the XL boxer fits me perfectly.”
