“I was excited to get this underwear. Sad to say they did not live up to the hype. Definitely not leak proof in front or back. It seems to me they got a regular pair of underwear and put in a hard, small pad to have a leak proof category of underwear. Size runs small. I usually wear a size XL /XXL but I had to order a 5X. I wish I could rate it a negative.”

“These are very comfortable, and work well! But I can only wear them during the day on light-medium period days. Or at night on with a light flo. I would love if there was a second version of these where the lined gusset went further back (about the length of a long "nighttime" pad).”
