Based on how the liner is placed in these, I usually use them on a lighter period day and use the Leakproof Hipster undies on heavier flow days and at night. “So soft, so well-made, so cute! These are just my aesthetic, and I love that I can finally wear winged pads with trunk-style underwear. I haven't tried wearing these by themselves during a period yet so I can't vouch for the absorbency of the inner liner bit itself, but it works great for pads. Went back and bought several more once I found out how great they are :) Be warned the fabric is quite soft and stretchy, so if you're like me and want a tighter fit I would err on the side of sizing down.”
