“I just received my first pair of TomboyX briefs and tried them on. Not only do they fit SO much better than briefs designed for cis-guys, I discovered they have a pocket behind the "fake fly" big enough to hold a packer!! The fly holes (on the outside and on the inside) are just big enough to fit my packer through on one side while I adjust it from the other side, but not so big that it can fall out, and once it's in place there's a nice, soft layer of cloth between the packer and my skin.
