“I purchased a pair of briefs in what I believed to be the correct size for me, but once I had received them and tried them on I did not like how they fit, so I contacted Tomboy X and explained the issue, and, boy, did they listen!
They responded quickly and offered me a brand new pair in a new size. I originally offered to send back the original briefs for an exchange of a new size, but they assured me that it wasn't necessary because of their "Love at First Wear" policy. After my pleasant email exchange they sent me shipping details about my new pair of undies, and I just couldn't believe how smooth the process was.
Although, I would've gladly exchanged them, they were considerate in the sense that I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning the item. I felt the person I talked to via email was kind and understanding too.
