You asked that I write so here it is.
I am older than you. A retired NUTRITION COUNSELOR. I studied under Dr. William Donald Kelly. He is the one that treated Steve McQueen in Mexico. I studied with Dr. Kelly in 1978 in Chicago and went on to receive clients from International Health Institutes that Dr. Kelly started. I lived in Richardson, Texas at that time and Dr. Kelley sent me clients to me after my training Tto be a counselor using Dr. Kelley's nutrition program. ( The International Health Institute)
I will be 87 years old this coming August 2022. I am in excellent health and work out with a trainer 2 times a week and have been using personal trainer since I was 80 yrs old in 2016. I found having a trainer that supervised me instead of being in group training sessions with many much younger than myself has been extremely beneficial.
