I bought 3 cartridges. I experienced some ink spill/leakage of my first cartridge and this problem caused Brother Printer error message (Slide Green Tab of the drum) and the printer displayed the blank page. I called Sam, Toner Laser Cartridge Manager. He is very professional manager and apologies for this issue. He is committed to resolve this issue. He requested me to open other 2 cartridges and perform testing. The issue still exists. I found the video how to fix this issue. The video suggested me to clean and remove the dirt from the drum. The printer and cartridge work well. Sam has kindly agreed to send me 2 cartridges for replacement.”
“I ordered the Brother cartridges through TLC, which due to high demand, had to fulfill from different locations. TLC was very responsive, when I contacted them a bout a delay and followed up. I received the cartridges, which resolved the issue. TLC provided some trouble shooting advice and indicated that they have a good experience with non-OEM cartridges, which I am willing to try, when I need more toner.”
