“My low rating is for my most recent order only. I've had no problem in the past, great prices and product and delivery, so maybe it was just a fluke, but in my last order, one of the "genuine" cartridges arrived totally spent, I could tell the carton had been opened and when I opened it, the air-tight wrap was ripped open, plastic guard was off the cartridge, and I could tell this was one someone must have boxed to recycle after using it, maybe it got in a wrong pile, maybe a worker at the company somehow was thought it was new. Quite a shock to spend $85 for junk, especially when I needed to print right away - BUT company connected with me quickly and I am expecting a fix in the mail soon. I'm hoping they can find and fix the problem on their end, because I want to continue doing business with them.”
“They don't tell ahead that your order will be sent in separate packages. We thought our order will all be sent together but it was sent in different packages which took a long time to arrive. One of the toners was missing so I sent an email to follow up on it and that was the only time they told me that my order was separated. They don't tell you ahead of time about the status of your order. You have to always contact them only through email because they never pick up the customer service phone about what is going on and they respond slow. This business has poor service.”

Our sincere apologies for shipping the toners separately. Sometimes, we don't have all the toners in the same warehouse and therefore they have to be shipped separately. Usually, emails are sent to notify the customers of the tracking numbers. Your order was shipped and processed during the holidays and we were short-staffed to respond to phone calls and emails. Again, we are sorry for the delay.

“The toner cartridge was labeled "compatible with..." rather than being the HP product I wanted. There was a label on the cartridge that said to "pull the tab." When I did so, the ribbon in the cartridge began to unravel. So I could not use the product; however, the customer service person responded promptly and well. I am assured I'll get a refund and did not have to send the malfunctioning cartridge back.”
