“Don't order from this company if you need toner right away. They don't tell you when you order the toner is out of stock. I placed my order on Feb. 15. It is now March 21. Still waiting.....”

“Printer cartridge will not work. Printer won't recognize it as a new toner cartridge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and updated all drivers and it still won't work.”

“Service is good with decent prices, but one item was back ordered and we didn't know until our order arrived . I called and they confirmed it was back ordered and said they would call me in a week to let me know if it was coming or I could cancel and order somewhere else. No word and no toner.”

Hi Lori - I apologize for the inconvenience. Your order was picked up by UPS from our office on August 28th (A day after you placed your order) and it looks like it's still in transit. Tracking information is available within your TLC account. There is definitely a delay. This order should have been delivered by now. We will contact UPS to investigate the issue and will be in touch shortly.
