“The first time we had this chicken we were surprised at how good it tasted. It was meatier and delicious. This is how chicken actually tastes and not what we find in the shops. We roasted it whole as part of a roasted dinner. Our next order was coating in zatar and lemon for roasting. Again the chicken held its shape and tasted incredible. The chicken structure was more firm and didn't fall apart. Now a family favourite.”

“Lovely sunday roast with this great whole chicken. Arrived clean & was impressed as chicken had no hairs on it as other butchers do not do a complete job”

“The Chicken from here is like non other I've tasted, its delicious! As a fertility massage therapist, I always advise my clients to stay away from chicken which has been injected with hormones and preferably go for Organic, thats why Im so pleased that Saffron Alley do both! Also its really important that we choose halal and also TAYYIB. I would like more information on the rearing of the chickens but so far I am please with the quality which I feel reflects the rearing of the animal.”
