“Ordered three times but last two disappointed in corn fed chicken, its not looking yellow at all. Tescos look better.”

We deeply regret that the color of the chickens did not meet your expectations, and we understand how this must have affected your overall perception of our products and services. All our animals and birds are naturally reared and not factory farmed which leads to variation in meats in terms of size, weight and texture. Likewise, the yellow color of our chickens is part of their naturally rearing process and we do not feed them with any foods that would act as color enhancers. In case of any complaints or dissatisfaction with our products, you can notify us of the condition of the item at the time of receipt with accompanying detailed pictures. “Purchased this Corn Fed Chicken as I've always wanted to try it to see if there really is a difference in taste. So I roasted it for New Years Day. The taste of the chicken was amazing, more depth, firmness and very flavoursome! Vastly different to the chicken I've purchased from local halal butchers. The chicken stayed in tact throughout and didn't fall apart. Will be reordering this for sure!”
