“My three dogs love these. Soon as i start cooking these, the 3 dogs come into the kitchen and sit down waiting to be served. All bones are well packed into manageable hygienic chunks which i put into the dog food freezer. Then i get them one at a time to cook. Very economical.”

“I was very disappointed with the goods and service. I ordered lamb bone expecting to receive lamb marrow as shown on the website pictures. I did not receive any. Also I read a review from another customer saying she was contacted by Saffron Alley advising that you have to state you want bone marrow to ensure you receive it. I clearly stated I wanted bone marrow. I contacted Saffron Alley they were not helpful. The pictures on the website and customer review was misleading and a waste of money for me. I will not be purchasing with them again.”

“I was expecting bone marrow as shown on the website pictures. I read a review from a customer who did not receive the bone marrow as shown on the picture she wrote that Saffron Alley contacted her saying when ordering lamb bone you have to clearly state you want bone marrow to ensure that they supply it. However I was very disappointed I ordered 3kg of lamb bone clearly stating on notes that I wanted bone marrow. I did not get any bone marrow. When I contacted Saffron Alley they were not helpful. The picture and review was misleading and I will not be purchasing again from them.”
