“Above and beyond customer service. My first communication was with the chat feature. I asked about replacing a wheel that had bent from being run over accidentally during 1st use ♀️. The chat person promptly asked for my address info so they could “get us taken care of right away”. A free replacement was sent Fed Ex the next morning.
