“Toplift Pros is a great product to assist with hardtop removal. And their customer service is second to none. I purchased the addon option the convert the lift to a powertop last year. At that time I unpacked it from the box but did not get a chance to install at that time. During a move this year I missplaced some the hardware. I reach out to customer service. They asked what parts are missing and quickly sent them to me within 3 days. Great sign that they stand behind not only their products, but also their customers!
