“Bought the Power Pro as a Father's Day gift. Assembled on to existing Top Lift and motor does not work. Power to switch confirmed. Contacted company immediately via email, as it was after hours. Attempts to call numbers listed on contact section of the website are disconnected - during normal business hours. Email service responsive, but unhelpful. Is this company a scam?!”
