“Assembly was pretty straight forward and between the instructions on the site and the assembly videos, everything went fine. Except for section 14 of the instructions. My top assembly won't fit all the way down over the inserts leaving a 1 inch gap on each side. I tried accessing tech support via the email on the video, but that doesn't exist. I tried leaving a message through the site contact section days ago without reply. I work a lot so I don't have time to make phone calls so email would have been great.
I finished assembly with the gap still there. I haven't had the opportunity to take my top off yet due to weather and time constraints, but I hope the inch taller will fit my stock jeep.
Other than that, the unit seems very solid and sturdy.”
“It works somewhat like advertised, the top is a little "wobbly" when you lift it up, and the 4 door extensions are useless considering they hit my roll bar instead of going over them to help lift the top. I had to take the extensions off and lift the top off without them and then have someone hold the top at an angle to put the extensions back on to help support the top. I might need to double check to make sure I am doing this correctly, but so far I am not thrilled by this product.”
“I wasn’t sure if it was worth the money until I assembled it and used it the 1st time. This thing is a must if you take your top off. It solved 2 problems. #1. I can easily remove my top by my self
#2 I can store it in the garage and still have plenty of room to park my Jeep!”
“Works beautifully!!! It was a hassle to put together, make sure you have the right tools prior but got it together on my own with a lot of video watching and some manual searching. Need to put full body weight on the bar to really push it up but it is soooo easy! Highly highly recommend.”
