The pictures were exactly how it should be put together. The only problem I had was with the gear. It’s a little hard to adjust but other than that everything else was clear and easy to follow any Strong Farm Tough woman can put this together I guarantee it!”
“I was debating between 4 or 5 stars and this is the reason why. Machine was delivered in two parts i received one box one day and two days later i received the second box which was probably a carrier issue. Assembly was easy it took me about 1 and half hours to complete not using a drill like in the video. I noticed there’s different prototypes and some have extra parts or fits different which makes you wonder if you are doing things right. Mine came with a few extra parts so it was a little confusing. I really recommend looking at the manual and pictures instead of just watching videos. My TLP has a gap on the inserts that connect the lower platform with the S frame but videos and pictures don't show this gap so I was wondering if I was doing it right until I saw some pictures in some other reviews. Also theres a tiny gap on the 4’’ inserts that connect the top platform that makes it wiggle a little bit but nothing to worry about even though the screws are super tight. The first time I removed the top, this gap caused it to move a little and was afraid my top was going to fall off. I am glad this hold up pretty well and my top has being sitting on it for the past 3 days and its pretty secured. The reason why i bump to five stars is because it is awesome not having to depend on someone else to help remove the top. This hoist is so easy to store and move around. It really gives you the freedom to go topless in no time. First time it took me about 30 mins to remove everything now it takes me about 15 mins doing everything myself. I do few it is a little pricey but honestly it is worth the time and now I can go topless anytime I want. I will definitely recommend investing on this machine.”

“As a Jeep owner on her second 4 door Wrangler, I have debated this purchase for way too long. I wasn't sure if I would be getting another Jeep after my first. I now own a 4XE that I expect to have for at least 3 years. I knew this was a must have and what better time to ask for it than for my 30th! It took my Dad and I roughly 2.5 hours to assemble in July heat with breaks. After assembly, I told Dad to step back and allow me to try it alone. For reference, I am 5'5 and 115 pounds. On the first try, removal (including all screws and my freedom panels) took 6 minutes!!!!! Reassembly took me 10 minutes. However, I have owned the TLP for 1 week now and have both removal and reassembly down to a science lasting no more than 5-6 minutes on both ends. I store the lift with my hardtop in my driveway when not in use although it also fits in my garage. I also own the cover for when the hardtop is not on the lift I cannot recommend the TLP enough and have no reason to buy a car other than Jeep now that I own it. Take the plunge! Your Jeep deserves to be used in all of its glory.”
