Assembly took about 3 hrs, but highly recommend watch the videos instead of written instructions. The first time taking hardtop off was a little difficult as seal was really stuck but once took it off it was a breeze to maneuver the hardtop and lift. There's NO WAY I was going to get this rear top off with or without my wife. It literally takes longer to remove the 10 bolts than it does to pop the top off. The initial assembly is easy and there are great directions. My suggestion is to print them out and take them with you when you assemble. Once it's assembled, it moves out of the way and stores nicely. If you want to add a special touch get the cover for it.
The quality of this device surpassed all of my expectations and has been such a vital tool for me. I no longer need any help from anyone to get all 4 top pieces off and the doors off. 30 min or less and I'm in business with the wind blowing feeling wild and free!
What about putting the top back on you say? Well, let me tell you this... It's as easy or easier than getting it off the vehicle. You wheel it out, line it up and slowly lower it into place. Again, inserting and securing the 10 bolts takes way longer than getting the top on.

“This has made it so much easier taking off my top and putting it on. Great that top can be stored while not in use. Does not take up any extra space in garage. It did take about 2 1/2 hours to put together, however, was not difficult to do if you download instruction manuel. Just read thoroughly and take your time! Well worth the price!!”
“Love the product, so 5 stars. Packaged great but...it came with no instructions. It says to view and download online, but without a working printer at the moment, I had to look at instructions on my cell phone. To try to put this together was a NIGHTMARE. For the price, would it really have killed you to throw in a set of printed instructions? Also, make sure you have 5, 6, and 8mm
socket drivers for the work. Very disappointed with the build process, but the end result is a great product that works well. Once I got the settings just right, the top was off and stored in about 2 minutes. Rolls on garage floor easy, lock the brakes, and boom, done. Great product but to include a set of instructions for easier reference would have been appreciated.”
