“The product is well made and functions as advertised. The ability to remove and reinstall the Hardtop by yourself is exactly what I was looking for.
The ordering, shipping and payment process leaves much to be desired. I purchased the lift on black Friday and expected that order fulfillment could be slow. However, the overall experience was really bad. Topliftpros charged for the product at the time of order. After a couple of weeks of no communication, I reached out to Topliftpros to understand why my order was not fulfilled and I received a response that due to high demand my order could not be fulfilled and TLP could not provide a date when the order would be shipped. From order to arrival of product, the timeframe was over 1 month. Not a very good customer experience, TLP should strongly consider charging customers at the time of order fulfillment, not at the time of order if the process is expected to be this slow.”
“Awesome product. Super sturdy, super easy to use, and turned getting my Bronco hardtop off from a hard and tedious 2 person job into a very simple 1 person job.
Customer service and ordering were great and easy. Shipping was prompt. Parts were well packed. The unit went together in about 2 hours. Written instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Just needed a few tools and some patience.
