“After seeing the video of how this works, I was immediately SOLD. Finally, someone had a brilliant idea. I had to have one. I gave away my Lange Hoist A Cart. When I received it all, it was not terrible to put it all together. The very top piece is solid and welded but had a quality control problem. There was weld slag inside a couple of welded tubes that are supposed to have sliding poles. This sentence will make sense when you put it together......so I reported the problem to TLP and sent a picture. I was immediately sent a brand new part which was perfect and had no weld slag as the first one did. I write this not to say I had a problem, but to state that TLP handled a manufacturing quality control problem with top customer service with a simple email.
Review of the product. Very simply, it works just like the video. I am VERY HAPPY. I am already planning to get the additional part that takes the doors off the hinges. To the engineer who created this product............WELL DONE.”
